Hi,
So Tonya, the techie that I know, got the blog up and going and I had already written the first post about negotiations and then the next day the state sent out the bad news about being 500 million or so in the red. This will make negotiating tougher and who knows what that news will force people to do. I sure am glad summer is coming - we could use some better news.
